Denial Of Service Attack "Mitigated," Says Dyn

Dyn, a provider of domain name server services supporting much of the Internet, including many advisor websites hosted by Advisor Products, reported the denial of service attack that disrupted the Internet in the U.S. today, has been "mitigated."     

This was the second time today Dyn said its engineers had mitigated a  distributed denial of service attack. An earlier attack that was reported by Dyn as mitigated was followed a couple of hours later with another attack.
