A Watershed In Building The Best Damn Email Newsletters For Advisors

This past week, we released our newly architected system for sending advisor e-newsletters. It’s a watershed in advisor communications.    

The new enewsletter system is constructed  to provide advisors the following features:

Enewsletter Templates For CFPs, CPAs, CIMAs, CFAs, etc. Choose from different enewsletter templates. Send an enewsletter with a single article about investing, or a single financial planning article. Or send an email campaign with both. To add your content and byline, there’s a template for that.   

Advisor Previews. A new feature enables advisors to preview emails. To be compelling, financial content must be timely, independent, and wise. In addition, you must agree with the message. You can set up the system to send a preview of an article or video before it is released to your contacts. To send the previewed enewsletter just as it is, you click a link to log in to your enewsletter dashboard and click “Send.” If you want to change anything in the previewed message, you would click on “Edit” and you’ll be asked to log in to edit the email. This workflow gives you total editorial control of the messages sent to your clients but does not slow down delivery or impede timeliness.

Panic Protection. In the moments after a correction of 10% or more and emotional news roiling markets, the speed of your message is about as important as the content. The night of Brexit, FAME subscribers sent enewsletters reporting that the EU represented a fraction of total US GDP, ahead of the consumer press.  

Collaborative. Getting the benefit of Fritz, Craig, Bob, and Andy’s experience and adding your personal thoughts in an introductory spot at the top of every email makes client communications manageable. We’re sharing a fact set with you about time-sensitive content and you can optimize it for search engines (SEO). This is a sharing experience powered by the Web, a new thing. Share your rating of the presentations using the Advisor Products Dashboard. We thrive on the collective intelligence of advisors by sharing information.
